The Skill Development Program at Awadhesh Prasad Mahavidyalaya aims to equip students with industry-relevant, practical, and employment-oriented skills alongside their academic studies. The objective is to enhance the employability of students, especially those from rural and underprivileged backgrounds, by providing training in both technical and soft skills essential for today’s competitive job market.

Regular workshops on English communication, personality development, interview skills, and workplace etiquette
Digital Literacy & Computer Skills
Training in basic computer operations, MS Office, internet usage, and introductory programming or digital tools.

Short-term certificate programs in areas like tailoring, agriculture, electrical works, beauty & wellness, etc.
Career Counseling & Job Readiness
Sessions on resume building, career mapping, aptitude tests, and mock interviews conducted by professionals.

Future Plan:
The college aims to collaborate with NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) and other government-approved agencies to offer certified programs and placement assistance.
